Minyak pati kayu putih disuling dengan wap daripada daun dan ranting segar pokok Melaleuca cajuputi, ahli keluarga Myrtaceae, yang berkait rapat dengan Pokok Teh dan Niaouli. Ia berasal dari Asia Tenggara (terutamanya Indonesia, Vietnam, dan Malaysia) dan dicirikan oleh aroma kapur barus yang segar, meresap, dengan rona manis, herba, dan sedikit buah-buahan. Namanya berasal daripada perkataan Melayu "kayu putih" (kayu putih). Ia merupakan minyak yang memanaskan dan merangsang dengan sejarah penggunaan yang panjang dalam perubatan tradisional untuk masalah pernafasan dan otot.


1. Sokongan Pernafasan yang Mujarab

Pilihan utama untuk melegakan kesesakan, melegakan batuk, dan melawan jangkitan pernafasan. Kandungan 1,8-sineole yang tinggi bertindak sebagai ekspektoran, antiseptik, dan dekongestan yang berkesan. Sesuai untuk penyedutan wap semasa selsema, bronkitis, atau sinusitis.

Pembersihan Semula Jadi: Tambahkan 10–15 titis ke dalam botol semburan dengan air dan cuka untuk pembersih permukaan antimikrob.
